Wally works with older adults, specializing in those over 50, as well as individuals in post-rehabilitation and neurological recovery programs—helping members improve mobility, stability, and real-world functional strength for lasting independence.

Functional Strength

50-minute coached training session

For adults ready to build on their foundation and train beyond the basics, this program adjusts to your current strength, balance, coordination, stamina, and overall movement ability.

The focus is better movement, stronger real-world function, improved control, and a more structured training pace. Adults who are brand new to exercise or need a slower starting point may be better suited for our High-Support Program.

12 Sessions / Month — $420

8 Sessions / Month  — $320

Recurring auto-debit. 3-month initial commitment.

Members who choose a 6-month commitment — either from the beginning or after the initial 3-month term — receive preferred pricing and lock in their monthly rate for the full term.

High-Support

50-minute coached training session

Semi-private: [usually 3-4 members] ~ NOT Group Classes.

  • A higher-support, lower-paced starting program for beginners or adults with joint, back, balance, agility, movement, or mobility challenges who need extra guidance and supervision.

  • Appropriate for people who can participate in coached exercise but need a more cautious pace, more setup, and closer supervision.

  • Not designed for significant mobility limitations, major medical complexity, or clients who require hands-on assistance throughout the session.

8 Sessions / Month—$360

  • Recurring Auto-Debit ~ 3-month Contract

  • Many transition to Fit & Active at end of 4 mth.

Tailored ONE-ON-ONE 60-Minute Sessions

For individuals needing the highest level of supervision and customized progression.

Significant Mobility Limitations

Designed for individuals with substantial balance or structural limitations.

  • Helps build strength and stability through carefully managed progression.

  • Addresses major physical challenges and lowers fall risk.

  • Helps facilitate the capacity for safe, independent everyday movement.

Post-Rehabilitation Support

Ongoing strength training after physical therapy to help rebuild strength, balance, and stability after discharge.

Neurological & Complex Conditions

Customized neuromuscular stabilization and strengthening programs for adults managing fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT), stroke, or long-term movement limitations.

For those outside of Augusta, GA. area; we create customized workouts around your home gym equipment, if any, including exercises that can be done at home & work using common items. This service is not live video-based but may include some pre-recorded videos. A meal plan is also provided.
