At Body by Wally, we help adults 50+ stay strong, capable, and independent through safe, guided personal training in a private studio setting. These are not group classes.
BUSINESS HOURS
Mon & Wed: 7 AM–7 PM
Tue & Thu: 8 AM–7 PM
Fri: 7 AM–11 AM
Sat: 8 AM–11 AM
Sun: Closed
Midday Break: Usually closed 11 AM–3 PM, Mon–Thu, for lunch and private sessions.
All training is by appointment.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING FOR CLIENTS: Once you become a client, you’ll have access to our phone app, where you can manage your appointments, reschedule when needed, and plan workouts in advance. This is especially helpful for people with busy or changing schedules.
