Wally brings over 5 decades of experience in the fitness industry, with 15 years as a personal trainer in the CSRA. At the age of 68, he demonstrated his dedication to fitness by completing 1,000 push-ups in approximately one hour. Having faced similar challenges himself, Wally also offers proven expertise in guiding members through post-rehab and neurological programs.We’re honored to be voted “Best Personal Trainer in Augusta” by Quality Business Awards.

Absolutely! We offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, with training times that can accommodate mornings, evenings, and Saturday mornings. You are provided with a phone app that enables you to book, reschedule, and cancel.

For optimal results, we recommend training at least 3 times a week. Depending on your goals, your trainer will work with you to determine the best training frequency and intensity to help you reach your desired outcomes. We will also recommend what to do on days off.
