Two Training Options Based on Your Needs:

HIGH-SUPPORT TRAINING

  • Designed for beginners or those returning to the gym who require CLOSER SUPERVISION and individualized pacing.

  • This program is also for clients who MUST AVOID heavy lifting, twisting, jumping, or spinal compression.

ACTIVE & INDEPENDENT TRAINING

Designed for FIT participants who MOVE WELL and can safely follow moderate-intensity full-body circuit workouts.
