SENIOR FITNESS: FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING
Results-focused training designed for seniors and active older adults in their 50s, 60s, and 70s, with a clear emphasis on enhancing mobility, balance, stamina, independence, and daily living through functional strength development that translates into real life—rather than generic workouts or risky exercise. Programs are carefully structured and closely supervised to ensure safety, boost confidence, and support long-term abilities.
Led by owner & lead trainer Wally Baskovich, a fitness expert with over five decades of exercise experience and a professional personal trainer since 2011, specializing in active adults, seniors, and post-rehabilitation training.
Two Training Options Based on Your Needs:
HIGH-SUPPORT TRAINING
Designed for beginners or those returning to the gym who require CLOSER SUPERVISION and individualized pacing.
This program is also for clients who MUST AVOID heavy lifting, twisting, jumping, or spinal compression.
ACTIVE & INDEPENDENT TRAINING
Designed for FIT participants who MOVE WELL and can safely follow moderate-intensity full-body circuit workouts.
