Individualized Training
Designed for beginners or those needing CLOSER SUPERVISION & INDIVIDUALIZED PACING due to balance, strength, or movement limitations.
Also Suitable for clients who MUST avoid heavy lifting, twisting, jumping, or any spinal compression.
Members may transition to Program B as strength, mobility, and confidence improve; timelines vary widely.

Semi-private sessions: typically around four participants per session. Get the focus of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. NOT group classes.
Moderately intense full-body circuit training. Participants should be in good physical condition and be able to independently get up and down from the floor.
This activity is NOT appropriate for individuals with balance issues or restrictions related to loading or twisting.
